Takeda Participates in 2024 Sundance Labs

TV/Film actor Scott Takeda has been chosen to participate as a cast member of the 2024 Sundance Directors Lab. He will be on-location this week working with the directors who were chosen to be part of this year’s program.

Created in 1981 by Robert Redford, the Sundance Institute has been a nurturing home for emerging filmmakers. It’s been at the forefront of supporting independent storytelling, helping writers and directors to hone their craft under the watchful eye of creative advisors like Sydney Pollack and Waldo Salt.

Previous Directors Lab participants include Steven Soderbergh, Chloé Zhao, Quentin Tarantino and Kimberly Pierce. This is Takeda’s first year with Sundance Labs.
