Takeda Books FOX’s “The Resident”

This week, TV/Film actor Scott Takeda is on-location in Atlanta to shoot a top-of-show, guest star role for the FOX medical drama “The Resident.” He’ll play Dr. Xavier Yee in the season two finale.

“I love this show. The writing is so sharp and the cast is so good. It’s nice to be able to put on the scrubs to join the doctors of Chastain Memorial Hospital for an episode,” said Takeda.

The episode is titled “The Unbefrended.” It is directed by executive producer Rob Corn and written by co-executive producer Andrew Chapman and series co-creator Amy Holden Jones. It is scheduled to air Monday May 6.
